I'm Jeremy Smith and welcome to my photography site. Please contact me at zimsmith@yahoo.co.uk or +447799588756
Born in Zimbabwe I was fortunate enough to have grown up surrounded by beauty and nature. My earliest memories are of wild places and the wildlife that live there.
I'm now based in the United Kingdom (East Anglia) and still make regular trips back to the land of my birth as well as other beautiful places to capture some of the world's beauty through my lens.
In 2009 I decided to invest in good quality photographic equipment and tuition, attending a number of courses as well as seeking private tuition. A dream became a hobby, a hobby became a passion and my passion grows each time I pick up my camera.
My photographic interests vary although I'm mostly interested in studio work, wildlife, panorama and of course, weddings.
Photoshoots are fun and I get alot of enjoyment out of producing lovely images. Portraits, family shots, modelling portfolios, boudoir and tasteful glamour are all subjects I like to shoot. I work from home or on location at times to suit both parties.
I'm currently using a top of the range Bowens lighting system for my studio work and like to experiment with different props and lighting effects where space and time allow. I use two Professional Nikon Camera bodies and a range of Professional Nikon lenses.
Post shoot editing is also something I spend a lot of time on where needed and use a fully calibrated Eizo monitor as well as the latest editing software.
In short: This is something I really enjoy and I just can't get enough.
